Anti-Aging Strawberry Milkshake I Reduce Wrinkles I Tighten Skin

The anti-aging beauty product market is exploding with new, expensive creams, lotions, and serums every single day. With each product, comes a anti-aging claim that is rarely supported by any evidence.

While these products never seem to give us the results we are looking for, we continue to use them in desperation of regaining the radiant skin that we once had.

Below is an anti-aging strawberry milkshake recipe that you can drink on a daily basis to improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1 scoop Orthomolecular CollaGen powder
• 8 strawberries (halved)
• 3 ice cubes

Simply blend all ingredients together for 1 minute and serve.
