Description
Pantothenic Acid (or, B5) is one of the eight B vitamins and essential for health. As all B vitamins, it helps the body convert the food you eat into energy. Pantothenic acid also promotes cellular energy production, supports heart and adrenal health as well as the breakdown of carbs. Additionally, pantothenic acid is required for fatty acids, certain amino acids, steroid hormones, vitamin A and vitamin D.‡
